Terms of Service

HukumKaIkka is an online platform Developed by WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Company (hereinafter referred to as “WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd.'', or "we" or "us" or "our") that enables users (“you”) to play games online. These terms of service for HukumKaIkka (“terms'') along with HukumKaIkka’s privacy policy, and fair play policy govern the relationship between you, and us. The terms, privacy policy, fair play policy, and the cumulative set of game rules (defined below) (together, “platform policy”) form a binding legal agreement between you and WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd., based on which you may visit, access, or use the HukumKaIkka product, website, mobile applications, and related services.

Your use of the services indicates your acceptance of the platform policy and hence you are advised to read the platform policy carefully before using our services. If you do not accept any part of the platform policy or any subsequent modification therein, you must stop accessing or using our services.

We reserve the right to periodically review, update, or otherwise modify any part of the platform policy at our sole and absolute discretion, and accordingly, you are advised to keep yourself updated on the latest version of the platform policy. We will provide you with notice of any material modification to the platform policy, and your continued access and use of the services after such notification shall constitute consent to the modified platform policy.

If you access the service for making a deposit(s) /withdrawal(s) from or playing game(s) from a jurisdiction where game is not permitted, you shall be entirely liable for any legal or penal consequences, and we shall be entitled to forfeit the balance in your account.




“Barred States” means any state in the territory of India where online gaming has been prohibited under applicable laws.

“Communication Feature” means the in-game feature that enables users to interact with each other during a game.


Who may use Our Services?

Our services are not intended for or offered to any person below the age of eighteen (18) years, or persons who are resident in or access the platform from, any of the barred states. We have the right to control access to our services at all times, in any state in India, and reserve the right to update the list of barred states.

If you are below the age of eighteen (18) years or a resident or located in any of the barred states, you may not access and use our services. In case you do, you shall be solely responsible for any legal actions that may ensue from such use of our services. We reserve the right to request proof of age and geolocation at any stage of your access and use of our services to verify that persons below the age of eighteen (18) years or residing or located in barred states are not using the service. We may exclude a person from using our services where we suspect that such person using the service is underage and he/she fails to provide us with valid proof of age or is located in a barred state.

If you are not legally competent to individually enter into Indian Rupee transactions through banking channels in India and/or are accessing the services from a barred state, you are prohibited from participating in cash game on our services. In the event of such a violation, your participation in cash game will be deemed to be in breach of the platform policy and you will not be entitled to receive any prize that you might win in such cash game.

We may terminate your access and use of the services when we become aware that your use and access to our service violates the platform policy.


Usage of Our Services

WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd. allows you to play the Hukum Ka Ikka online on mobile application which can be downloaded and installed from our website, pay store, and the Apple app store.

The game is dependent upon your skills, not your luck or chance), therefore, it is legal to play Rummy in most states in India.

When you access our services and/or create an HKI account, we may collect, use, share with third parties, store, or otherwise process your information, which may include your personal information and sensitive personal information, to ensure that the services may be accessed and used by you efficiently. The collection, use, and sharing of such information are governed by the privacy policy which forms an integral part of the platform policy. You may access the privacy policy here.

You are required to verify your mobile number at the time of registration on the platform. All your information is kept confidential and processed as per our privacy policy.

When you register with us, you agree to receive promotional and service messages from us, and our affiliates, through SMS, email, call, and push notifications, about tournaments, offers and discounts (of various types and nomenclature e.g., GameCash). You may withdraw your consent to receive such communications by sending an email to

Winnings, discounts and prizes, whether monetary or non-monetary, are unique to each player and are non-transferable. In the event you attempt to transfer any winnings, discounts, or prizes, these will be forfeited at our sole discretion.


User Identity

User IDs must not be indecent, objectionable, offensive, or unlawful. User IDs that are found to violate the intellectual property of any entity, reveal personal information or be suggestive of an advertising or promotional activity, may be rejected.

Your User ID will remain active on the platform unless we terminate or suspend your access to the platform for a violation of the platform policy by these terms, or your HKI account becomes inactive by Clause 11.

You are prohibited from creating or using multiple accounts on our platform. If we detect multiple accounts for a single user, we may take penal action, including cancellation of all amounts about discounts on linked accounts, and suspension of the linked accounts.

Game Formats and Rules

HukumKaIkka provides multiple games such as Sankes & ladders, Ludo and  Rummy in various formats and variations on the platform, including cash games and non-cash games. We may increase or reduce the number of game formats and variations offered on the platform, at our sole discretion.

You agree to abide by the applicable game rules when playing games on the platform. You are required to ensure that you have read and understood the applicable game rules before playing any game. 

The results and winners of each game are determined by the applicable game rules. By registering and/or participating in any game you agree to these determinations, which shall not be open to challenge. We will post lists of winners on our platform following each Game. 


Restrictions on the Use of Our Services


Anti-Cheating and Anti-Collusion:

You undertake that you will play in all game in which you have registered/joined and not use any form of external assistance to play. You shall not add unauthorised components, create or use cheats, exploits, bots, hacks, or any other third-party software designed to modify the portal or use any third-party software that intercepts, mines, or otherwise collects information from or through the portal or any services. Any attempt to employ any such external assistance is strictly prohibited. Formation of teams for collusion between you and any other user(s) for participating in game organised on the portal or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited. When collusion or cheating is detected on the portal, we shall settle the game as per its "Game Cancellation Settlement Policy" and may take further appropriate legal action against offending users in terms hereof including banning access to the portal and any or all services. However, we reserve the right to follow an alternative reasonable mechanism as it may not be covered in the respective policy and you agree that you shall undisputedly abide by such a decision of WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd.


Money Laundering:

You are prohibited from doing any activity on the portal that may be construed as money laundering, including, without limitation, attempting to withdraw cash from unutilized cash added through debit cards or deliberately losing money to a certain player(s).



Sending SPAM emails or any other form of unsolicited communication for obtaining registrations on the portal to benefit from any of our promotional programs or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.


Multiple IDs:


Your registration on the portal is restricted to a single user account which will be used by you to avail of the services provided on the portal. You are prohibited from creating or using multiple user IDs for registering on the portal. You may not create a login name or password or upload, distribute, transmit, publish, or post content through or on the portal or through any service or facility including any messaging facility provided by the portal.


  • Which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, intimidating, invasive of privacy, abusive, illegal, or harassing

  • Which contains expressions of hatred, hurting religious sentiments, racial discrimination, or pornography

  • Which is otherwise objectionable or undesirable (whether or not unlawful)

  • Which would constitute an incitement to commit a criminal offence

  • Which violates the rights of any person

  • Which is aimed at soliciting donations or another form of help

  • Which violates the intellectual property of any person

  • Which disparage in any manner WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd. or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, associates, partners, sponsors, products, services, or websites

  • Which promotes a competing service or product or violates any laws

  • Any activity that promotes anti-social activity



In the event we determine that the login name created by you is indecent, objectionable, offensive, or otherwise undesirable, we shall notify you of the same and you shall promptly provide us with an alternate login name so that we can change your existing login name to the new name provided by you.

If you fail to provide an alternate name, we reserve the right to either permanently suspend your user account or restore your user account only after a different acceptable login name has been provided by you.

You shall not host, intercept, emulate, or redirect proprietary communication protocols, used by the portal, if any, regardless of the method used, including protocol emulation, reverse engineering, or modification of the portal or any files that are part of the portal.

You shall not frame the portal. You may not impose editorial comments, commercial material, or any information on the websites, alter or modify content on the portal, or remove, obliterate, or obstruct any proprietary notices or labels.

You shall not use services on the portal for commercial purposes including but not limited to use in a cyber cafe as a computer gaming centre, the network plays over the internet or through gaming networks, or connection to an unauthorised server that copies the gaming experience on the portal.

You shall not purchase, sell, trade, rent, lease, licence, grant a security interest in, or transfer your user account, content, currency, points, standings, rankings, ratings, or any other attributes appearing in, originating from, or associated with the portal.

Any form of fraudulent activity including, attempting to use or using any other person's debit card, net-banking usernames, passwords, authorization codes, prepaid cash cards, and mobile phones for adding cash to your user account is strictly prohibited.

Accessing or attempting to access the services through someone else's user account is strictly prohibited.

Winnings, bonuses, and prizes are unique to the player and are non-transferable. In the event you attempt to transfer any winnings, bonuses, or prizes, these will be forfeited.


Payments and Player Funds

All transactions on the portal shall be in Indian rupees. Once you register on our portal, we maintain a user account for you to keep a record of all your transactions with us. Payments connected with participation in the cash game have to be made through your WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd. user account. All cash prizes won by you are credited by us into this user account.


When making a payment, please ensure that the instrument used to make the payment is your own and/or you are legally authorised to use such an instrument which is used to add cash to your user account only.


Subject to the additional cash limits specified by us from time to time, you are free to deposit as much money as you want in your user account to participate in a cash game on the portal.


WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd. wants you to play responsibly on the portal. The ability to add cash to your user account shall be subject to monthly add cash limits which can be set by us with undertakings, indemnity, waiver, and verification conditions as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.


Debit cards, prepaid cash cards, and Internet banking payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Similarly, other payment modes also require authorization from the intermediary which processes payments. We are not responsible for delays or denials at their end and the processing of payments will be solely in terms of their policy and procedures without any responsibility or risk at our end. If there are any issues in connection with adding cash, a complaint may be sent to us following the complaints procedure provided in the "complaints and disputes" section. You agree that in the event of your credit being delayed or eventually declined for reasons beyond our control, we will not be held liable in any manner whatsoever. Once a payment/transaction is authorised, the funds are credited to your user account and are available for you to play game cash.


We have the right to cancel a transaction at any point in time solely according to our discretion in which case if the payment is successful, then the transaction will be reversed, and the money credited back to your payment instrument.


Player funds are held in trust by us in specified bank accounts. WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd. keeps all players' funds unencumbered which will be remitted to you in due course subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the withdrawal of funds and these terms. Funds held in your user account are held separately from our corporate funds. Even in the highly unlikely event of an insolvency proceeding, your claim on the deposits will be given preference over all other claims to the extent permissible by law.



You may withdraw your winnings using either UPI or an electronic bank-to-bank transfer for the number of winnings.

You agree that all withdrawals you make are governed by the following conditions:


  • WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd. can ask you for KYC documents to verify your address and identity at any stage. Withdrawals will be permitted only from accounts for which such a KYC process is complete.

  • You can choose to withdraw money from your user account at any time, subject to bonus/prize money withdrawal restrictions, by notifying us of your withdrawal request. Bonuses (except bring a friend bonus) and promotional winnings are subject to withdrawal restrictions and can only be withdrawn on fulfilling some preconditions, one of which is that you have made at least one cash deposit on the portal and thereafter played at least one cash game.

  • Once notified, post verification of the withdrawal request, we may disburse the specified amount. We shall make our best efforts to honour your choice of mode of withdrawal. In case of the non-availability of your bank account details, the company may require you to provide those details to process the refund/ withdrawal. We also reserve the right to disburse the amount on the financial instrument used to add cash to your user account.

  • Withdrawals attract processing charges as per the prevalent policy. You may be eligible to make one or more free withdrawals in a month depending on various factors including your club status, the amount of withdrawal, or the mode of withdrawal. If you do not have an adequate amount in your user account to pay the processing charge, your withdrawal will not be processed at that time. You may request a free withdrawal subsequently if you become eligible for the same at such time.


KYC Verification

We require users to undergo an additional online document verification (“KYC”) in the following scenarios


  • Where you place a withdrawal request of an amount exceeding the applicable limit or exceeds the number of withdrawal requests as specified on the platform

  • Where we suspect or have been notified that you have violated any of the platform policy

  • where you have been identified to be in breach of the applicable add cash thresholds

  • As may be required under applicable laws

  • As may be determined by WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in its sole discretion from time to time.

  • As part of our KYC process, our automated system enables a mandatory process for users to upload documents about their Permanent Account Number (PAN) and bank account details.

  • The KYC documents must be uploaded on our platform, and we do not accept submissions in any other form or manner.



 At the time of uploading the document on our platform, you must ensure the following :- 


  • Documents are valid

  • The document is clear and legible and shared in a jpg, jpeg or pdf format

  • Documents are not password protected.

  • The validation of KYC documents may take up to three (3) working days from the date of submission of the documents. We reserve the right to validate and/or reject the KYC documents at our sole discretion. You will be notified of the status of KYC verification on your registered mobile number/email address and our platform.


Service Fees & Taxes


HukumKaIkka charges a service fee on each cash game played on the platform by a user, which may vary depending on the nature of the cash game and is subject to change from time to time. HukumKaIkka reserves the right to levy different service fees for different cash game at its sole discretion.

Users who fulfill certain specific criteria may, at the sole discretion of WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd. adjust the discounts received against the service fee charged for a particular game or a set of game in line with the market conditions, business practices, and trade parlance, even after the conclusion of the game(s). Accordingly, such post-facto discounts by WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd. will reduce and reverse a part of the service fee applicable to a game.

Discounts may be granted to users based on several parameters about the usage of the platform by the user, including the frequency of game played, participation in tournaments or special game modes, overall winnings, conduct on the platform, players referred to the platform, etc.


It is clarified that all forms of discounts and other game cash, promotional winnings, and rebates offered by WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd. to a user shall be first applied to the service fee chargeable to such user, and WorkLooper Consultants Pvt. Ltd. has the right to reduce and vary discounts and promotions accordingly. Further, such discounts and promotions may be subject to specific conditions, such as use only in specific modes of game, restricted usage only after the expiry of a predetermined period, etc.


Details about game transaction, including the applicable service fee for that game, will be accessible to you on an information panel made available to you before you initiate a cash game. The service fee charged shall be inclusive of the goods and services taxes, at the rates mandated under applicable law. Variations to service fees in the manner set out in Clause 10, may impact the overall transaction details of a cash game, including the taxes applicable thereon, and hence you are advised to periodically check the information panel. Tax invoice: In case a user wishes to obtain his copy of the tax invoice containing the prescribed particular as per the goods and Services tax act and the rules provided there under, in respect of a particular gameplay, such tax invoice shall be provided to the said user on receipt of a specific request raised with us.


Complaints and Disputes


If you have any complaint or grievance relating to any aspect of the services, you may approach our customer care and grievance redressal team for the resolution of such issues by writing to grievance


You agree that all complaints and disputes at HukumKaIkka are to be kept confidential. We will endeavour to resolve all grievances within a reasonable period, as mandated under applicable law. Any decision taken by us relating to any complaint will be binding on the user.

Voluntary termination

You are free to discontinue the use of the services on any website at any time by intimating to us your desire to do so by sending an email to us at as the case may be. If at such time, there is a positive withdrawable cash balance in your user account, we will subject to satisfactory verification, disburse the same to you by online transfer or UPI. 


Legality as per the Indian Government

The state laws of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, Meghalaya, and Telangana do not permit playing online rummy for real money. Therefore, does not allow players residing in or logging in from the aforementioned states to play cash rummy games/tournaments on HukumKaikka.


User Account Suspension


We may suspend or otherwise put restrictions on your access to the services on the portal during the investigation for any of the following reasons:


  • Suspected violation of terms or other abuse of your user account

  • Suspected breach of security of your user account

  • If there have been charge-backs on your user account

Our decision to suspend or restrict service or any part thereof as we deem appropriate shall be final and binding on you.

Return And Refund
A detailed explanation of (the “Company”, “WorkLooper Consultants Pvt Ltd”) Refund Policy is given below:

User Refund Request
In cases of accidental or erroneous cash credits to any party, user or company, we (the company) can independently, or you can request for a refund within two weeks of initiating the transaction. Hukumkaikka will process the refund if it is a genuine case of accidental or erroneous cash credit, which is clear from your request or after our own independent investigation. The refund amount will be credited within two weeks to the financial instrument/platform that was used to make the corresponding transaction.

Account Deletion
In the event you like to cancel your account from, please write to us at from your registered email ID. Your win wallet and main wallet balance (called ‘account balance’) will then be refunded to the payment method of your choice. Please be informed that certain payment methods may attract additional processing fees that will be deducted from your account balance. We’ll also deduct all kinds of bonuses or incentives we ever offered you from your account balance. Because you’re canceling your account with us, we’ll have to deactivate the same to prevent you from participating in any of our contests. If you however would like to become a member with us again in the future, please feel free to contact us first.

Technical Issues
We trust our product so much that we 100% guarantee to refund your money either due to an error or mistake in the transaction or in case you end up having to lose any of our Hukumkaikka contests solely because of technical problems in our Hukumkaikka mobile application. We however will need sufficient evidence from you to investigate the issue, upon investigation if it is proved that the error/issue is technical we’ll refund you. Since we strive to make our product the best, we might ask questions to gather your feedback of the error and reproduce the same. Please make sure to provide a valid payment method with sufficient details for us to process your refund. The onus of providing accurate/valid and your bank/paytm/credit/debit card details is with you. We’ll provide you the refund transaction and reference number thereof in an email sent to you shortly after the refund transaction is successfully submitted at our end. Please allow 48 hours to receive the refund, in case you still have not received the refund, please contact us immediately. Only the entry fee of the contest deducted from your wallet/account will be refunded but not the total estimated winning amount of the contest under the assumption that requested user has the highest probability of winning the contest, therefore the maximum refund will be your entry fee deducted from your wallet.

Service Disruption

Hukumkaikka is not responsible for any loss resulting from the cancellation of any games due to Service outages caused by the failures of our service providers, computer viruses, natural disasters or any other reason that is beyond our control. You acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any refund due to cancellation of games caused by factors that are beyond the reasonable control of Hukumkaikka

Failed Account Validation
Hukumkaikka have the right to check or validate the personal information of the players from time to time. The process of validation can be done through a phone call or via email. If we are not able to get in touch with you at first, several attempts will be made to establish contact with you. In the event that the validation is unsuccessful, or we are unable to contact you after making all possible attempts, we reserve the right to suspend your account and refund the amount lying in your account to the financial instrument/platform that you used to make the payment online.

Cancellation of Promotions
Hukumkaikka contests, offers, bonuses, tournaments and games may get cancelled or discontinued at any moment without any prior notice. Hukumkaikka disclaims any liability, except the refund of the entry fee wherever applicable.

Voluntary Account Termination
You may cease to use our gaming services and terminate your account by emailing us at with a clear explanation of your intention and duration from 72 hours to 6 months. After evaluating your case, at our discretion, Hukumkaikka will refund your account balance minus any bonuses, incentives, or promotional offers credited to your account within 10 working days and terminate your account. Please note, that any account actions you take after emailing your request for terminating your account, including, but not limited to, playing cash games, tournaments, depositing and withdrawing money, will be deemed as actions taken solely by you and Hukumkaikka shall not be responsible for your actions.

Forfeiting Inactive account
If your account has been inactive for over 365 days and has an unused balance, Hukumkaikka shall remind you two times to activate your account. To activate your account, you must log in and use your cash balance by playing a cash game. After the reminders, if you do not activate your account your cash balance shall be forfeited to Hukumkaikka. All reminders shall be sent to the email or phone number listed on your profile, as part of the account details and information you submitted to Hukumkaikka Accounts found in breach of our Terms and Conditions shall receive no reminders, and the unused funds in such accounts shall be subject to the terms of our Breach and Consequences policy.
